Zidni Nuris Yuhbaba Universitas dr. Soebandi Indonesia , Nabila Khoirunnisa Universitas dr. Soebandi Indonesia , Wahyi Sholehah Erdah Suswati Universitas dr. Soebandi IndonesiaBackground: Bullying remains a pervasive issue in educational institutions worldwide, including Indonesia, posing serious threats to student well-being and hindering the development of safe learning environments. A significant knowledge gap among students regarding the identification and prevention of bullying behaviors contributes to the persistence of this issue. Aims: This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of bullying education videos in increasing students’ knowledge about bullying within a junior high school. Methods: This quantitative study utilized a pre-experimental one-group pre-post test design. A total of 48 seventh- and eighth-grade students from SMPN 1 Jatiroto-Lumajang were selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using an 18-item questionnaire administered before and after a single intervention, which involved viewing a 7-minute educational video on bullying. The Wilcoxon signed-rank test was employed for statistical analysis. Results: Prior to the intervention, 71% of students had “sufficient” knowledge and 29% had “good” knowledge. Post-intervention, all students (100%) demonstrated “good” knowledge. The Wilcoxon test indicated a statistically significant increase in knowledge (p = 0.000). Conclusion: The findings suggest that educational videos are an effective medium for improving student knowledge about bullying and can serve as a valuable tool in school-based health education efforts.

Ayu Angger Putri Universitas dr. Soebandi Indonesia , Dina Trianggaluh Universitas dr. Soebandi IndonesiaBackground: The development of tinted lip balm that combines stiffening agent and angsana leaf extract aims to create a moisturizing lip care product while providing natural color with better durability. Stiffening agent will provide stiffness to the lip balm, making it more durable and not easy to melt, while angsana leaf extract will provide natural color and antioxidant benefits.
Aims: to develop formulas and assess the physical quality of tinted lip balm with various compositions of angsana leaf extract (12%, 17%, and 21%) and stiffening agent.
Methods: The three tinted lip balms were formulated using colorants extracted from Angsana leaves (Pterocarpus indicus) using the maceration method. The contents of the tinted lip balm include Humectants, various compositions of stiffening agents (3:1), Preservatives and Fat bases. All formulations of tinted lip balm were evaluated for organoleptic, homogeneity, pH, spreadability, and adhesion.
Results: The results showed that increasing the composition of angsana leaf extract sharpened the brown color, while variations in the composition of stiffening agents decreased the pH and spreadability of the tinted lip balm. Based on the findings of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that the variety of compositions of angsana leaf extract (Pterocarpus indicus) and stiffening agents show good physical quality assessments in F2.
Conclusion: The variety of compositions of angsana leaf extract (Pterocarpus indicus) and stiffening agents have an effect on the physical quality of tinted lip balm

Nur Fajariyah Fajar Universitas Nasional Indonesia , Violeta Apriliamida Silva Universitas Nasional IndonesiaBackground: Work stress arises when occupational demands exceed an individual’s coping capacity. Female police officers are required to manage high job demands while simultaneously fulfilling domestic responsibilities, which may lead to dual role conflict and contribute to work-related stress. Although husbands’ social support is assumed to mitigate stress, empirical evidence regarding its influence remains inconsistent.
Aims: To analyse the relationship between dual role conflict and husbands’ social support and work stress levels among female police officers in the Mobile Brigade Corps of the Indonesian National Police.
Methods: This quantitative study employed a descriptive correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 37 female police officers were recruited using total sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires measuring dual role conflict, husbands’ social support, and work stress. The associations between variables were examined using the Chi-square test.
Results: Most respondents reported low dual role conflict (64.9%) and good husbands’ social support (83.8%), while the majority experienced mild work stress (70.3%). Statistical analysis revealed a significant association between dual role conflict and work stress (p = 0.000; OR = 24.750). In contrast, no significant association was found between husbands’ social support and work stress (p = 0.051).
Conclusion: Dual role conflict is significantly associated with work stress among female police officers, whereas husbands’ social support is not. Interventions focusing on work–family role management may help reduce work stress in this population.
