Peer Review Process
Every article that goes to the editor will be selected in advance on the scope and feasibility of the editorial board. Then, the articles will be sent to peer reviewers and will go to the next selection by the Blind Preview Process. Reviewers are unaware of the identity of the authors, and authors are also unaware of the identity of reviewers. Every submitted paper will be reviewed by at least two peer reviewers. After that, the articles will be returned to the authors for revision. The reviewing process will consider novelty, objectivity, method, scientific impact, conclusion, and references.
1. Manuscript submission by author.
2. The editor does an initial review of the manuscript. Editors have a right to directly accept, reject, or review. Prior to further processing steps, a plagiarism check using Turnitin is applied for each manuscript.
