Repository Policy
Blambangan Journal of Nursing and Health Sciences (BJNHS) supports the principles of open access and encourages the broad dissemination of scholarly work through trusted repositories. This policy outlines the conditions under which authors may deposit versions of their manuscripts in institutional or other repositories.
Accepted Versions for Repository Deposit
Authors are permitted to deposit the following versions of their manuscripts:
- Pre-print (the version before peer review)
- Post-print / Accepted Manuscript (the version after peer review and acceptance, prior to journal formatting)
- Published Version (the final version as published in BJNHS)
Permitted Repositories
Manuscripts may be deposited in:
- Institutional repositories (e.g., university repositories)
- Non-commercial subject-based repositories
- Personal or departmental academic webpages
Deposited works must not be altered in a way that misrepresents the published content.
Conditions of Deposit
When depositing manuscripts in a repository, authors must:
- Clearly acknowledge Blambangan Journal of Nursing and Health Sciences (BJNHS) as the original place of publication
- Provide a full citation of the published article
- Include a direct link to the article on the BJNHS website
- Respect the licensing terms under which the article is published
Licensing
All articles published in BJNHS are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). Repository use must comply with the terms of this license, allowing sharing and adaptation for non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution.
Embargo Policy
BJNHS does not apply any embargo period. Articles may be deposited in repositories immediately upon publication.
Long-Term Access and Preservation
BJNHS is committed to ensuring the long-term availability of its published content. Repository archiving is encouraged as a complementary strategy to journal-based digital preservation.
