Editorial Board Member Criteria
- Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in nursing or health sciences
- Strong publication record in reputable national or international journals
- Prior experience as a reviewer or editor is highly desirable
- Commitment to academic integrity and journal development
Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing academic and strategic advice to the journal
- Supporting editorial decision-making and peer review processes
- Promoting the journal within academic and professional networks
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of journal quality
