Desi Trianita Stikes Banyuwangi Indonesia , Lutvia Dwi Rofika Stikes Banyuwangi Indonesia , Machria rahman Stikes Banyuwangi IndonesiaThe phenomenon of childbirth from year to year with the increasing cesarean section method and increasingly sophisticated cesarean section methods has made the scope of midwifery services narrower. One method that is currently being developed is the Eracs method of delivery by cesarean section. Where with this method many pregnant women are tempted by the word "painless", many pregnant women with a fairly high percentage choose to deliver with this method without indications and without regard to the effects on the reproductive organs in the future. The aim is to carry out outreach to pregnant women about comfortable delivery in pregnant women with the "Gentle Birth" method. The results of this counseling are to increase pregnant women's knowledge about safe and comfortable childbirth, both normal and cesarean section. The counseling went well, in an orderly manner, and the pregnant women were very happy with the material provided, which can be seen from the enthusiasm of the mothers while participating in the counseling.

Soebandi, Jember, Indonesia IndonesiaIndonesia has very abundant natural wealth, especially Indonesian medicinal plants, which number more than 2000 types. This natural wealth is utilized by the community for consumption as herbal medicine and simple traditional medicine preparations. The very varied secondary metabolite content in herbal plants can be used as an immunomodulator. Immunomodulators are biological or synthetic substances that can stimulate, suppress or modulate components of the immune system, both innate and adaptive. The price of chemical drugs that act as immunomodulators on the market is expensive, so it is necessary to develop alternative immunomodulators that come from herbal ingredients that are easily available locally. Some herbal plants that are so far known as kitchen spices, if processed in the right way and with the right composition it can be used as an Immunodrink, which is a herbal drink that can boost the immune system. The aim of this community service is to provide education to the mothers of the An-Nisa' recitation congregation regarding several herbal ingredients that can improve the immune system and how to process them. The method for implementing this activity is through the lecture method which is carried out in the prayer room in Krajan hamlet, Mangli Village, Kaliwates District. This can be seen in the many cases of dental caries and cavities. Symptoms of dental pain begin with the occurrence of dental caries and will continue to become large and affect the dental nerves, causing pain. This incident is because most parents pay less attention to the dental health of children under five, especially the lack of attention in brushing their teeth at night and also getting used to consuming formula milk in toddlers before going to bed. Therefore it is necessary to carry out socialization regarding efforts to maintain dental and oral health to obtain maximum body health. The socialization program was carried out with lectures and demonstrations using video media, posters and dental displays. The socialization activities went well and smoothly with the high enthusiasm of the participants in listening, asking, and answering questions so that a pleasant atmosphere was created and the participants were able to practice how to brush their teeth properly. So it can be concluded that the socialization program that was carried out was effective in increasing knowledge and awareness of dental and oral health in children in rural areas.
