Transfer of Balak Load Break Switch Motorized (LBSM) Function to Recloser as Additional Protection at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Rogojampi

Identification problems: Balak LBS transfer to Recloser improves delivery system reliability, efficiency, equipment life, and supply availability by enabling automatic disconnection and circuit recovery.
Methods: Repairs to the LBSM system and replacement of feeders in Balak Village are urgently needed.
Results: The results of the analysis of disturbances in the LBSM system in the 20kV SUTM distribution network are a reference for developing and improving systems in the distribution network.
Conclusions:. The Balak LBSM system in the 20kV SUTM distribution network is susceptible to disturbances due to environmental factors, impacting reliability and efficiency during outages, with automatic Recloser system reducing losses.

The way to prevent cervical cancer is to increase public knowledge about the disease. Data collected from Jumerto Village cadres regarding cervical cancer education shows that 95% of the twenty cadres have never received education about this disease. Meanwhile, the level of cadre knowledge about cervical cancer shows that 80 percent of the twenty cadres do not know much about the disease. To form a cervical cancer resilient village, community service in Jumerto Village is expected to increase community knowledge about cervical cancer. survey results and secondary data collected in Jumerto Village show that women's participation in VIA tests is still low. This is an important problem in society. The activity implementation method that will be used in this activity uses lectures and questions and answers. This cervical cancer education was held in Jumerto Village on Wednesday 20 December 2023 and was attended by 30 participants. Through the formation of a "Cervical Cancer Alert Village", he hopes that with this community service activity, the community can work together to prevent themselves and their families from getting cervical cancer from an early age.

This type of exercise aims to improve physical fitness, balance, and overall health while regulating blood glucose levels. This community service activity in the form of diabetes gymnastics training aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the elderly about diabetes gymnastics. The implementation method begins by providing education about diabetic gymnastics, followed by gymnastics together. The time for the implementation of the activity in June 2023 is located at the Jenggawah Village Office. The participants who attended this activity were 30 elderly people with diabetes mellitus. In this activity, participants followed closely how the instructor provided diabetes gymnastics movements. The results obtained during the implementation of this diabetes exercise are that the elderly who suffer from diabetes mellitus are able to carry out gymnastics actions according to the training so that the elderly look fit, more excited, and blood glucose levels become more controlled.

Soebandi IndonesiaThe prevalence of stunting in Jember Regency is on the rise, surpassing the national stunting average. Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) cadres play a crucial role in stunting prevention by facilitating basic health services like regular weighing of children. However, in Sukosari Village, these cadres lack the know-how to accurately plot children' height on growth charts, focusing solely on weight measurements. This deficiency hampers the identification of stunted children. To address this gap, a community service program was conducted, involving educational sessions on stunting and hands-on training in anthropometric measurements and nutritional assessment for 30 Posyandu cadres. Following the training, there was a notable improvement in the cadres' competence in conducting anthropometric measurements and interpreting weight and height data in relation to age and gender. Continuous training to enhance cadres' proficiency in early stunting detection is recommended across Jember Regency to optimize stunting prevention.

Early marriage has an impact on the mental and psychological health of adolescents. Therefore, it is necessary to be carry out socialization regarding efforts to prevent early marriage. The method of implementing educational activities including opening, presentation, and closing. The method of presentation given by lecture and discussion using video and poster. The material presented included the definition of early marriage, factors that affect the occurrence of early marriage, the impact of early marriage, and efforts to prevent early marriage. Education of early marriage and its impact on the physical and mental health of adolescents can increase adolescents' knowledge and attitudes in preventing early marriage. Similar activities need to be socialized regularly among adolescents and their parents in committing to agreeing to the marriage of their children at a minimum age in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.

Need more in-depth assistance in the implementation of nursing care documentation in each treatment room to support the implementation of nursing care according to Indonesian nursing standards.
