Updated Author Guidelines and Manuscript Template

The Editorial Team of Blambangan Journal of Community Services (BJCS) is pleased to announce the release of the updated Author Guidelines and Manuscript Template.

The revised documents have been developed to improve the quality, consistency, and reporting standards of community service manuscripts submitted to BJCS. The updates include:

• A structured abstract consisting of Background, Problem Identification, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
• A revised Implementation Methodology section tailored for community service programmes.
• An enhanced Results and Discussion section covering Implementation Results, Community Impact, and Discussion and Practical Reflection.
• Updated formatting requirements for tables, figures, references, and manuscript layout.
• Standardised reporting sections, including Acknowledgements, Author Contributions (CRediT), Funding, Conflict of Interest, Ethics Approval, Informed Consent, and Data Availability Statement.

Authors are strongly encouraged to prepare their manuscripts using the latest template and to carefully follow the updated Author Guidelines before submission. Manuscripts that do not comply with the current journal requirements may be returned for technical revision before entering the peer-review process.
